Hey all

Just wondered if anyone had booked a key for Taikorea before at all. And if so, if anyone was keen on getting a group of people together for a day out riding.

Here is their website for those who havent seen it before http://www.taikorea-mx.co.nz/home.html.

Just thought this might be a good way for learners to get some practice in (thats me, Im a learner! :) )

Update: Got a email back from AFC, and we literally just need to book a day, pick up the key, and any riders can come along for $15!

So if you are keen can you please PM me so I can look into sorting out a day. Let me know what date youd prefer so we can book something that lots of people can get along to :)

Cheers

Jess

Been meaning to get out there sometime, so may be keen if you get something sorted. I'm also a learner paced rider. Bike is in HB at the moment though...

Riden there once. Got to admit the sand track makes for some pretty exhausting riding.

Just go into AFC and get a key - $15 per person

its well worth the $15 - the track is groomed every now and again and is pretty interesting, i've been there a few times and i really like the little cross country loop. Cause its sand country out there there is traction for days and you can really have heaps of fun!

Not too sure for dates, i guess sometime soon before winter really settles in and wer stuck with crap weather all the time.

What day suits everyone? Im keen for a Saturday as Sunday riding makes me sore for work the next day lol

My bike is probably going to be in HB for a while, but let me know when you go anyway just in case it's back.
