I did mine last year. Got annoyed with storage items infringing on my precious garage space - paid some crowd to put in the attic stairs but did all the flooring, lights and power points myself over a weekend so probably a two day job (or 1 day for builder + boy).

Got shitloads of storage space now - even after a year it's still not even half full.
