I just wanted to put up a good news story for a change.

We purchased my wifes GSXR from Wgtn Motorcycles 3 years ago and have always been looked after by Pete and the Team.

Short story to follow ...

Well recently the GSXR decided to develop a bit of an electrical issue(s) that meant starting was a coin toss and only slightly better odds than winning lotto. We got it in to them to look at and after a bit of investigation, a part was needed to sort it out, ex Japan of course. They provided a fix that allowed the continued use of the bike while waiting for the part to arrive which was great (especially if you know my better half!). On the day it was booked in to be fitted with said new electronic part, it would not start. They came to the rescue with shining chariot and took the GSXR away for TLC. Picked it up at the end of the day and all systems go again.

End of story, not quite! After 2 weeks of riding bliss, it again decided to start and die promptly before refusing to be bothered at all. Back to the boys at Wgtn Motorcycles who checked it out, recharged the battery and sorted out a possible connection error. And the latter for no charge!

Looks like it is all sorted again and abck to winter riding.

I know that the cynics will say that the no charge is due to it being the non-resolution of the same fault but whether or not this is the case (electrical systems can be a b#$%@#d to fault find) my point is that the communication and service from Shane, Bruce and the Team has been outstanding and worthy of recongnition.

So Well Done and thanks guys!
Mark

Even though I usually deal with Motorad (who are also an excellent bunch) I've never been disapointed when I've walked in to Wellington Motorcycles. My sister got her scooter gear from there and was more than happy with the services too.
