Changing fork fluid in a Suzuki K9 GSX-R750?

I wish to do a fork oil change on my bike. I found a tutorial on Utube, but it was just a taster. Anybody got some specific advice on doing this at home? Any special tools needed?

Spring compressor tool, tool to lodge under jam nut so it is free to access. Fork sucker tool. Ring spanners. Cartridge shaft pull up tool.
If you are changing to a different brand of oil a number of brands and types react against one another causing a sludge. To to prevent that possibility the forks have to come completely apart and be completely cleaned. Its surprising even though you think youve drained the oil just how much residual is left.
There is only so much that You Tube can show you, it may look easy but there are a number of pitfalls.

Having just completed a fork overhaul on my 675 (with the help of expert advise from Robert Taylor) i can verify how much sludge is left....... even after a night upside down i got a good 30ml of extra out when i actually stripped down the internals.Oh and if it says special tools...either make good replicas or buy the proper item.
