Can't figure out which forum to be in.
I ride a TDR250. Not a off roader by any means.
Not a sports bike, touring only makes the ciropractor happy. Definatly not a cruiser.
O well. Love sports bike so I'll stay here.

I know where you mean. Was that before or after the big fire? that place was burned out then rebuilt.

I don't think anyone could work out what the TDR was meant to be. I've seen one on Trade Me advertised as a 'Enduro' bike
They do sound madder than a mad thing though. :2thumbsup

I'd love a TDR,just cause it's such a crazy idea, they are crying out to be a 350 though.Typicaly bizare Yamaha thinking....like,take a touring motor, hot it up and make it a sports bike (Vmax) Take the biggest cruiser motor you can find and put it in a sports bike (MT 01) Take a sports bike motor and put in a dirt bike.....I like the risks Yamaha take.

I know a guy in the UK who has put an RG500 square four in the TDR. Bit of a mission but its a mad thing.
I didnt know the barn had burned down. When was that? I was there in 2001/2002 i think.

Must have been the rebuilt version you lived by (green coloursteel?) I worked out the fire must have been a year or two before that. It was a huge blaze - biggest ever on the coast

Welcome to K.B. I don't think many people subscribe to particular forums that I can tell. Just post in whichever forum appropriate to the subject matter.

Usually a new members first thread is started in the 'New Member Speak' forum, but if all else fails you should post motorcycle related material in 'General biker ravings', and non-biker related material in 'Rave On'...you'll get the feel for it if you stick around long enough. We have added a number of new forums and sub forums into the site this year.
So how long have you been riding for lizard? :ride:
