Just popped into Auckland Yamaha in Penrose for a perv as you do where they told me that they are getting out of bike sales!

They want all their bikes gone asap and are selling at cost (and probably less) to shift everything - road, dirt and quads.

Shame as they are nice guys but as they said, they just haven't been able to sell enough to keep investing in bikes. Looks like they will concentrate on their core jet ski business.

Ooooooo, they'll be ripping up a fair bit of cash there. Especially after what they spent having that showroom built.

Poor bastards.

Yeah, it's a nice showroom just a little awkward to get to and badly signposted from the street. i bet heaps of bikers go past it and don't even know it's there.

He wants the floor empty in 6 weeks which is a lot of bikes to sell or a lot of deals for some buyers

I have been in twice, been ignored twice, could not get parking the third time. Shame, I was in the market for a new toy. Not really surprised to hear they are going out of bike sales though.
