Welp, looks like my rear shock is shagged :(. Anyone know where I would go to get a replacement in auckland? Other than a Suzuki dealer, which I picture costing an arm, leg and several other limbs. I just want something that is or replaces the factory item.

Figure out what other models use the same shock, then go hunting on ebay and/or ring round wreckers in NZ.

I was meaning a new one, not a used one. Worth a try, but I don't like the idea of buying a 2nd hand shock and have it stuffed in half a year.

Your bike isn't a common one,
Robert Taylor would be the man to help for a new shock, or rebuilding your old one (if it can be done). The 400 shock may also fit.

Buy a kit and rebuild it - or get it rebuilt.
