Where to take bike for re-vin?

I've finally finished my project bike and am ready to reregister it. The registration lapsed with the previous owner and it isn't an insurance write off. I have had the brake declaration done already as well.

However today I called up VTNZ and they said they don't do it and the person on the phone couldn't tell me someone in my area (Auckland) I have emailed VTNZ but being the weekend no-one is likely to get back to me until monday.

I'm sure someone here can give me a few different places I can take the bike?

my brother uses vinz in mt. wellington. never had a problem. lots of places do it but some are more realistic than others, like warrent places.

Vehicle Inspections NZ (VINZ) is the action.
