Popped in for the first time in 6 weeks or so and the place is full of new faces.
Was bluntly told Dave wasnt involved anymore and no sign of Mark the mech or the foreign parts chap.

I had a pretty good relationship with all three of those guys and always found them a pleasure to deal with.
Anybody got the goss on whats happened/happening?

Hyosung's

____

Hey my first bike was a Hyosung and it was great taught me how to ride slow and not to fall off. I believe DMNTD could trade up to one of these?

I have always had great service out of there in my dealings with them so would shop again :2thumbsup

Well i've had a run in with the past operator before, good riddence if he's one of the ones gone, the way he treated customers i'm surprised the whole staff didnt end up at the end of the dol line.

I think it's called Karma?

Sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience at BCM in the past.

have always had good service from the store and will continue to recommend. Just had 25k service on the ZZR and she is running sweet as.

Couple of times I have been in there I couldn't get them to acknowledge my existance. Not even when I had found what I was after and stood at the parts counter with my wallet out. Ended up just walking out leaving the stuff piled on the counter - don't think they would have noticed if I had walked out with it. :(

I hope for their sake that things have changed dramatically.

That could go for alot of motorbike stores up in Auckland too.

I guess you can't please all of your customers all of the time, but working on that theory I did give them several chances.

If I was looking for something I'd go back there but they wouldn't be in the first couple of shops I visited.

That is true. But some shops make no effort at all. They forget that it is a battle out there for the consumers dollar. My local bike store Mr Motorcycles, in Pukekohe, have been fantastic. Always looking after the customer. No matter how busy they are. Some shops need to learn alot.

I can't say enough good things about BCM. I didn't buy my bike from them but got it checked out and they were great then and have been great since. They let me ride the demo Hyosung ST-7 only a week or two after I got my full license, and arranged for Kawasaki to bring down the W800 so I could take it out overnight.

I get GLORIA's 10,000 km services done there, but Brendan in the workshop has been all too happy to adjust my chain tension when I dropped in. And they dont seem to mind me popping in and drooling over all the bigger bikes, which isn't bad considering the time they must spend cleaning the bikes after I've left

They've really helped me over my first 15 months of bike riding, I feel comfortable at BCM, can't say more than that.

Ditto to that. Have had a couple of dealings with them and they are pretty good with the service side of things. Real helpful guys in there.:2thumbsup
