Shinto has tied Bhuddist ancestor worship to its core guidelines, so there are loose ties. Shinto is generally used to celebrate births and funerals are usually Bhuddist.

That second arch is from Otsuchi (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2001984/Japan-tsunami-earthquake-Pictures-recovery-3-months-later.html) too, not Nagasaki.

And not forgetting that Nagasaki is like over a thousand kilometres away from Fukushima, and on the other coast.
