Sometimes it's nice to see Mr plod.
Like on Saturday morning, when an elderly gentleman who reminded me of Mr Magoo decided to suddenly move from the (right) lane he was in to the (left) lane that I was occupying... Fortunately I was in my ute, not on the bike! Exit, one door. Anyway, Mr Plod arrived and did his bit; the result was Magoo got ticketed and I keep my no-claims and have the excess waived due to there being no dispute over liability.
Funny thing about it all, Mr Plod (quite a nice chap, btw) looked in my ute and never even commented on the three shotguns sitting on the back seat - I was expecting a bit of an inquisition about that!
