Open to anyone - Just not Chch people, But would prefer someone from down there to help them out.
So the ol' girl has finally cleaned out the house as she has moved on North for her job. Leaving behind this beautiful house for rent. :bye:

Would really suit a young family (2 Adults, 2 Children) as there is a School and College a minutes walk, Kindergarten 5 mins walk. Or a nice retirement if you dont wanna buy.
House is alarmed. Unfortunately, Shed isnt. However, I have had my bike in there and no one more needy than I has wanted to take it away. :scooter:
No need to worry bout an annoying Real Estate Agent - Dealing direct with the house owner. :woohoo:
