:woohoo:

Our eldest daughter went for her 10wk scan today and was stoked to see the little one moving around, waving its tiny arms and legs! I asked her, as you would, "Did you wave back?" :innocent: I hope this pic from the scan comes out okay, but isn't this a true miracle of life?

Mrs. Bear and I are overjoyed and can't wait to know if the wee one is a boy or a girl. However apparently we have to wait until about 20wks to determine that.

Some say it looks like a Teddy Bear! It's now 3.62cm

Congrats Ed.
Now....have you bought him/her a wee minibike for when he/she turns 3 yet?

I think his/her big brother, now 5, would suggest we get him one first...

If our kids are anything to go by, big brother will love to take little sibling on/in the carrier of whatever wheeled vehicle he has.

yay! Congratulations Ed! How cool. I used to tell my kids they could not make me a granny before I turned 50. I am that and a bit now and I wouldn't mind, but nothing on the horizon, unless there is a whoopsie :pinch:

Congrats!!!!!!!! Apparently they can tell the sex of the baby at 12 weeks but the risk of getting it wrong is higher hence they won't tell you. The ultrasounds are absolutely beautiful. And the 3D ultrasounds that they can do are enough to leave one speechless!
