So my body work arrives, and all in all everything is perfect. Paintjob, sticker work, it looks awesome, but one side of the box was hit quite serverly, and heres me with excitement digging into it only wanting to get into the fairings, after unpacking it all, i notice on the upper cowling that its being pushed and potentially dropped and cracked one side of my upper cowling, the upper front cowling was right on the face of the box so its pretty bad, but this has cracked the fairings and lifting a bit of my paint, take a swiz at the pics attached.

Any solutions,

Have contacted seller to see what he reccommends, its neither/no ones fault but the company it was shipped with. EMS then NZ post, ive contacted NZ post to see what there thoughts on it are, its not like it cant be repaired for a box of bourban or something, you could easily jimmy something up and paste some stickers over it or go to a panel beaters and give em a touch up. Its just i kinda cannot be bothered. What i want is for the delivery companie's to come to an agreement where they will pay for the damage. Either all or part of if im even lucky.

Besides that man im running out of luck, karma's bitten my arse on this one, and god knows what for.

Cheers all

Chinese Fairings?
Do they actually fit?
And if so did you pay for shipping insurance?

When I ordered mine, two of the panels came with a slight scuff on them. Contacted the seller and he promptly sent replacements free of charge. I ended up with two of each. Very awesome guy.
Can't remember which seller, though. But from my ebay experience, most of them are very afraid of bad rep in ebay, and are willing to resolve dispute in a nice way.

You paid the fairing company to deliver the parts to you undamaged. Its the fairing companies problem to put right not yours, they should have packaged them better - but unless you noted the damage on the Freight Companies delivery docket you'll be shit out of luck all round.

Oh good news the seller is happy for me to return them and he will repair them free of charge. So he claims but im just getting some quotes because it may even pay to get it fixed here seeing that theres a possibility it could get damaged again. Lucky one.
