Trying to put together a gear list so I can begin the process of diverting funds from the grocery budget.
I'm know what helmet, boots and gloves I'm aiming at and I have a short list of trousers.
Not short trousers that list.
Trousers that are long and protective and have removable liners and stuff.

Not sure exactly what your budget is, but Motomail has gear discounted on their website. Simply look at the category you're after, than look for the red next to prices.
Picked up the old model Revit Jacket, Off Track I think, for about $250 off.

You do still have the keys to the KR web site. When your synapses return to full objectivity you can legitimately talk to suppliers about testing gear too.

Thank you for the offer Mr Wolf, but I am a size 13 pedicure. ;)
XXXL hands, giant nose.
One wonders what happened to the formula after that.

What boots are you getting, I'm very happy with the TCX X Cube (http://www.tcxboots.com/eng/prodotti-dettaglio.php?prodotto=22)
Comfortable to walk around Wellington all day trying to find people to have a cup of tea with  and look good enough to wear as casual shoe with jeans
