Recovered Taupo/New Plymouth YZF450, looking for the owner

Hi All,

Just got an email from the Kaikohe Police with the following info.


People,

Kerikeri police recently recovered a YZ450 from an address in Waipapa with a VIN Number: JYACJ03C83A009362 and ENGINE Number: J313E0009418, it had been swapped for stolen boat.

It originates from the Taupo and New Plymouth area but may have been stolen locally. Were trying to find and owner for it.

I have attached a couple of pics.

If anyone recognises it or knows who owns it can you let me know so it can be returned to its rightful owner.

Mach 1 Yamaha had a YZ-450 stolen a while ago. Can't hurt to ring them and see if its theirs can it?

Nah it's not theirs. This is an 03 that's been recovered. Theirs was late model.
