Was gonna ask about how to do it but sussed it, kind of. My needle rollers would not come out of my RMX250.
Day 1: Would not tap/hammer out.
Day 2: Would not press out, no matter what.
Day 3: I bought three chisels and hacked the bearings to bits / chopped them out. I put a curve on the back of the smallest chisel and it just went in behind the thin bearing housing and kinked it more and more until it loosened off. It damaged the alluminum a teeny bit but only in one place. I then tapped the remains out with a socket.
Day 4: Shopping for new bearings ...

how much are they i took the swing arm of my xr 200 and they that bad i saw these what thought was rat dropings but was actually rusted roller bearings falling out , bit pain when things want stay where there been for long time. heating up might helped if you had something to use i dont ,
i remember in chch they drilled my road bike swing arm put grease nipples so chould
try keep bearings from getting moisture in and making racket
