I think it is a cheap entry level class to "prove" oneself in, and I think the success of Moto2 has proven the value of having a "kinda" stock class within/under the GP umbrella - lets not forget that that's what it looks like now, by the time its been fettled to within an inch of its life, it'll be a whole 'notha bike altogether!! It will also rely more on rider ability than rider dosh!

If the MD250s were sorta competitive with the GP125s this will be for sure. These will sell like hot cakes in oz, those guys spend a fortune on the 125s

And with your vast experience of pulling your knob, what would you know about racing genuine race bikes, cant even recall you turning up at buckets.
