Looking for some "decent" Aftermarket Fairings for my 2005-06 ZX6R.
Has anyone dealt with/received some good quality fairings? (as good as they can get for aftermarket/cheap/Chinese) Care to point me in the right direction? suggestions?
thanks in advance :woohoo:

Could also try justfairings.co.nz and speak to your local bike shop, a supplier called w. whites wholesale does fairings for the ZX6, not sure if they still have stock though

Unless your fairings are super tatty then I wouldnt bother getting ABS if your just getting another set,
you may as well go for Glass and spend the extra.

Sharkskinz have worked out really well for me... light, strong, easy to repair. Having seen some shocking fibreglass fairings before, I'd buy them again. I would contact Billy before doing anything else though.

Fairingkit@live.com thea only a tiny lil company i assume whom just do their own thing. Great work though, no hassles for i asked for my upper cowling to be repaired when it got damaged in transit. Abs is flimsy as, light as hell but if u lowside they are gone. Compared to glass though they weigh literally nothing, like air on the hands, fitment for me was dialled as for ur 600 it could be comPlicated but its nothing its like puss bro. Easy as.

Street. I will be racing, but not that often and more or less open track days. Im just looking for some replacement fairings so i can put the stock ones away in a box in case i drop my bike or decide to sell.

Race fairings will work, all you need to do is cut the holes and add the tabs where needed

Did you email them?
do you have a pocket full of cash?
if you dont mind parting with your bike for a couple of weeks you could get complete custom fairings.. not cheap of coarse just go to an auto body shop etc. Or they can copy your current

they dont really have any full fairings for a zx6r 2005-06.These (http://www.sharkskinz.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=135&cat=2005-2006) ones?
Billy? im guessing hes from Sharkskinz? He's a Kiwi, racefairings.co.nz IIRC. He's a member here.
One I haven't tried is AirTech Streamlining (http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/kawiz/ZX6R2005-06.htm), but they have a good rep in race circles in the US.
