I stumbled across this last night around the same time as i was saying i could lap faster than the ZX10 guy in the other nurb ring video. Hey, I'd had a bottle of wine.
Aaaanyway... i recon this vid is deserves a thread of it's own. If you haven't seen it yet you're in for a treat!

Was watching similar videos earlier - some early rally crashes:

I'm rather impressed by the number of occupants who ended up outside their cars before the crash was even finished.

Wow, those Rally bins are crazy! At least they are strapped in I guess :gob:
The guy at 13:40 does really well to keep filming

Those camermen are pretty good, crowd reacts pretty quickly to helping out but it looks like they've had a bit of practice

Yeah - what amazed me is the sight of a car cart-wheeling towards the spectators, and they're running towards the car...
There seems to be kudos in being the first to get there and open the driver's door.

On the plus side, you'd have plenty of time on the long windy drive home to explain to Mum and Dad how someone in the supermarket carpark drove into you

I like how in some of those rally crashes the cars are doing cart wheels but the drivers still have their foot hard into it.
