Took one out for a test ride os Saturday. Bearing in mind I ride a Sprint at the moemnt, and it is a very different bike to that. Here's what I thought.

.....the bike seems to be lacking for something in the front for sure (from seatside) but it feels a comfortable enough.

I enjoyed my brief ride on the 2011. Far more refined than my 05 and more comfortable in stock form. Suspension is still a joke though and the softer rear spring does not = plush:no:. I quite like the headlights (they work), but the cracking issue would put me off buying one at present.

And I stole this too......
"Poor quality control obviously! The factory must have been so taken up with making the decision to change the style of the STIII headlights -- reportedly it was a decision that was long in the making -- that they had little time to check their overall quality in the real world!"
 I find that just so hard to believe

Murray's bike, as shown in Stirt's stolen pic (I won't tell) is the worst I've seen, though it's a very widespread problem. His warranty replacement headlights have also cracked, so he's not happy at all:no:.
