"A woman has died from an apparent heart attack while boarding an Air New Zealand aircraft in Christchurch today.

Crew performed CPR on the woman, believed to be in her 50s, before emergency services arrived, but were unsuccessful in reviving her.

The Wellington-bound flight was due to depart at 4pm and more than 100 passengers were transferred to a 5.30pm flight, Air NZ spokesman Mark Street said."
