I am looking for some pants to wear for commuting and the odd ride, I have found these kevlar jeans at a good price, has anyone had experience with this item from shift. If so it would be great to hear your criticism of them, bearing in mind that i will be paying $90 for them if i get them, they have to have better protection than my regular jeans i use now,
Thanks in advanced for you replies:yes:

I have not used the Shift LoDown Street Jeans but i am wearing the Shift Torque Street Jeans http://www.sportspro.co.nz/products/1376-mens_and_womens_kevlar_jeans/4178-sale_shift_torque_street_jeans.aspx and find them better than my Draggins.
Better fit, nicer feel, look beter, But I dont know how they will go when I slide down the street on my arse..

I have a pair and wear armoured tights under them for added protection. They fit true to size and the quality is good.
