Hold up on Akl Harbour Bridge, Wed morning 3 Aug?

There was a bit of a holdup on the Akl Harbour Bridge this morning (seemed like lane 2). When I passed from the other side it looked like a biker having a chat to someone but it did not seem like an accident.

Any ideas on what went on?

My guess is it could be a lane splitting incident.

I think this bridge incident was elaborately staged by KBers to see how long it would take to reach KB.
