So they're gonna have another crack at a constitution for the people of NZ (http://nz.news.yahoo.com/a/-/top-stories/9978522/fears-public-wont-have-say-in-constitution/)... or should I say waste millions fuckin around in the background and achieving absolutely nothing for the people of NZ.
