G'Day all... I'm in need of some workshop or garage space to rebuild & store my Race Bike (1989 Kawasaki ZXR 750 Pre 89 Posty) in Mangere Bridge... Can anyone help a typically broken a**ed racer out !!! ?

Happy to chuck a box of beers on the bench on a fairly regular basis in return for use of the space...
