Would you like to take my Mach 3 for a push some time? Lol well twisting would be a better way to describe what i did with the truth !

Was a wee while after you had that play, it shat itself during a big missed gear (could see that happening a bit at taupo and them new cases aint cheap)

Got a dude down these ways with a chainsaw motor mounted on his mountain sickle
That would be a humourous lunch time toy on Track 2

Has anyone got a trailer that would be suitable for transporting a motorbike and a couple of mountain bikes down there? I want to take the family to Rotorua for a long weekend, and then whip down to Taupo on the bike in the morning. I'd like to travel with them if possible, meaning trailering the bike.

I attended in support of my son (n00b on a 250 Hyosung) and I was really impressed how well it was run, the support for a new rider from both the other riders but particularly the lines guys. The lines riders took him pillion, led him round, followed him, talked to him and generally gave him a huge amount of useful advice with the associated boost in confidence, he had a ball and is now bending my ear to get another road / track bike!

Good work guys! :shit:

Now, can you get slicks in 18" and 21"??

Great first trackday of the season. Bit chilly but thankfully dry and free from snow.

Thanks Chris. Always happy to help!
You don't need slicks.... a set of duel purpose tyres will do just fine  Metzeler tourances have proven to perform really well on the track

Tourances? those are those flash tyres the beemer riders use..... I've got a few sets of knobs that are well worn down, with a bit of help from a grinder they will look like slicks?
Apologies for not introducing myself if we met, which one were you?

Oops! "dual purpose" :pinch:
(This is the real katman folks. He'll point out the bit of food on your face, the booger hanging from your nose or the spelling mistake you let slip. He'll do it because he cares. A good man often mistaken for a bastard).

Dunno but they worked really well on Chris's (Mitchell) XT660, non motard edition.

No worries, you weren't to know who I was. I was riding the Dunlop lines bike most of the day.

Next time I'll say hello, thanks for your help, it clearly worked because Nick is busy sending txts every 5 minutes about track bikes.....

And that's what it's all about right there, grins from ear to ear. Good stuff!
