No word on the engine yet, but rumour has it that there's a V4 coming along shortly (built to take advantage of the MotoGP CRT) so not expecting many changes there.

Obvious changes include:
- New multi spoke wheels
- New tyres (Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S20s)
- New dash (more aftermarket looking)
- Small changes to the fairings/headlights
- Big piston forks
- New shock

Only pics I've seen don't appear to have ABS fitted (no wheel sensors or the bulge below the tail piece)

Apparently the NZ version will come with the shortest registration period possible, and Blue Wing will still fuck you in the arse should you want to buy any of the genuine accessories. No reach around. Very rude.

Some disappointment around the traps, but if it ain't broke then don't fix it... (especially if you're putting your apples in the V4 basket...)

Looks nice but probably costs a shitload knowing the bike prices here <_<

I'd say a lot of disappointed people, including their Dearlerships looking forward to a fresh bike that would sell itself over all the competitors.

Wow. Four years of R&D and they came up with recycling leftover CBR954RR headlights.
I expected a jaw dropper from the big H, not a poor copier

Yep, if there is no V4 forthcoming, they're gonna be unhappy dealers for sure. They were already singing that tune 18 months ago.

Ahhhh rumours. When the 211v was the thing the Brit press were constantly expecting the imminent arrival of a V5 sprot bike. A V4 would be nice but I won't hold my breath.

I can understand a modest tweak. What's the point of a major overhaul if there's no-one out there able to buy the thing? And what does it really need? The BPF forks will be nice, and it wouldn't be hard to get a few more neddies out of it.

All in all a current 'blade with better forks, a few more ponies, and less unsprung/rotating mass sounds like a pretty good bit of gear.

Well, they have a reputation to maintain...<_<

As for the rumour mill and honda products. They sure take their time putting out products and the VFR1200 saga was certainly a long winded one.

Old model is cheap:

Shame Casbolts think they have to tell lies to sell it, but no surprise there.

$50 says they will not introduce a V4 supersports. It wont share any component with either their old-tech supersport V4 platform (RC45) or the new 1200cc touring platform, so clean sheet of paper, massive R & D, and they are very expensive to produce.

Of course Blue Wing are still equipping their hollowed out volcanic island so they need to charge a lot for, well, anything. Those coloured overalls and little golf cart things arent cheap you know.

Much as I'd love it. :(
