Rusty petrol tank

I have a fairly rusty NC30 tank and want to clean it and seal it up. A few people have recommended petseal, but I can't find any in NZ and no-one in the UK will ship some to me!

Does anyone know any other products available here that will do the same job?

POR15 is apparently "the shizzle". I used Kreem on my '85 VF500FFFF.
