the organisation that fostered the child with her should have to shoulder some of the responsibility. Because the child was fostered out there must have been issues in her life already. I believe the law was meant for parents that couldn't be bothered or kept their children from school so probably doesn't allow for the special needs that can arise with fostering, so typical of our lawmakers.

There is a difference between those that willingly keep their kids from school & those who have kids that won't goto school. Why da fuck should the Govt be controlling the raising of the kids anyways??? If they want to drop out & push trollies, why not??? we need trolly pushers too

I know why school is so important. Thats where you learn to follow your Govt, do what they say, do not challenge the perceived "power"! If they don't attend school they can't learn to be a sheep, & then there might be people who actually question the Govt... Bad for the Govt.
