Im looking to sell my VFR750i The bike is the 17"wheeled single side swingarm version. The bike has a white power rear shock, decent rubber and seems to handle and go well.It has braide front brake lines and has live registration-not registered but not deregisterd
its had some accident damage
I've bought all the bits to fix it and put it back together but I just don't have the time to sort it.
This will need a reasonable level of mechanical skill to put the bike back together but mostly common sense stuff
The bike had rego and WOF when I fell off it so it isnt dereg
It seems to go really well -ask those riding with me christmas time

Interested: yes
Money: bit hard to come by
Need a bike with more power: yes
If it's roughly free to a good home and all the important bits are there, I'll gladly accept the bike but because of the freight costs, will have to ask the bank manager  for permission before I can commit
Biggest freight cost for me will be getting it from Auckland and landed at Picton. Can easily drive up from Chch with a trailer to collect it from Picton.
Still has the rego plate or has that been handed in?

Definitely not - more a "throwaway"...
But seriously though folks. I saw the accident it had ... from about 15 metres behind.
A moderate speed lowside into a fence.
Caused almost exclusively fairing damage, which was fixed with duct tape and then we went on our way. There was a dent in the front wheel which I guess is being fixed or replaced...
And still the bugger outran me over Paekakariki Hill and Haywards ...
so I reckon with new fairings she'll be sweet as.
I'd buy it myself if it weren't for the fact my wife would strangle me...
