I accidentally snapped the bolt that holds the radiator. I haven't got any tools to drill it out. The bolt is not entirely inside the hole, there is a little bit sticking out.
I live in the Onehunga area. Could someone please help me:confused:

Can you reach it with a pair of pliers? Should be easy enough to just turn out.

I tried but there isn't much room to twist

Looks like it's gone in a bit sideways? Some long vicegrips and a lot of patience with sort it.

Did it snap while doing it up or trying to undo it ?
if trying to undo... it will be a drill job..

Got a couple of those from a wank muffler job.
Apparently they were already there but I don't recall bolts not sitting flush nor a flange flapping about...
Dunno how easy-outs work, but they're worth a try.

a drill and easy-out would be the safest or;
if you can get a hacksaw blaw in, you could cut a groove in the top of the stud and use a screw driver;
Could try a small punch and hammer and work it out as well
patience would be your friend on this one

There's a product from Loctite called Freeze and Release, also a product from CRC, they are aerosols. You spray it on the bolt and it lowers the temperature to well below zero (-40 has been quoted) and the thermal shock breaks the bolt free and makes it easier to get out. Use just before using the vise-grips or easy out.

Whatever you try be sure to drench it with anti seize for at least a couple of hours first.

bit of 'Plus Gas" anti seize, knock with a punch and hammer, wiggle with vise grips and it was out...would have been a bastard to try and drill/punch/easy out....:done:
