I took the kids to see the bucket racing at Kaitoke today, and just happened to have the digital camera with me.
Enjoy the pics.
I'll let those who are in the pics say who they are, but F5 Dave, Eddie and Bungbung were on the track... can you work out which ones they are?

and many thanks to EddieB for letting me out on his 4st for a session this afternoon. Excellent track surface and easily the best surface that I've raced buckets on. Great fun.
Now... who has a bucket for sale?

There was a kids go with a couple of young uns having a go. One had a JR80 with slicks on it. He was going pretty well.

Yeah good meeting. The weather decided to be our friend. I found the track to be fast when my bike was running properly got some race line lessons taught to me by Jay. Hey did you get any photos of suzuki RG-50 #59 or red RG-50 #32 sweet

That track looks just great, still! I can't wait to get there(Wellington), just hope I have a chance to come out and play.
Great photos.

Cheers, I had a disappointing day really. This rib is taking longer to heal than I thought, but the sad thing (come with age I guess) is I couldn’t stop thinking about falling off after a few laps & like that really I couldn’t hang with Hamish & Jay. Pity, stella day, great track. Hopefully when I am fully healed I won’t care about flinging it away so much & can ride at 100%.

Yeah, I’ve heard that. But you’re in luck, every day we keep getting a long list of emails from vendors promising all sorts of improvements, shall I forward some on to you?
