Hi,

Now I thinking about buying new commuter bike.
mainly commuting use(no motor way),and tandem ride on weekend for one hour drive or so...maybe runs about only 3-4000km a year.
we are quite petti in size, 110kg in total of us.

I know it sounds funny question, but which do you think better??
each one has some Pro's and Con's.

so if you have one of them, and have some good point or bad day story,
please tell me.

anyway, we will try them tomorrow...

thanks!

Sorry,Not Ligera => PGO Ligero 125 is correct.

I have a Yamaha CygnusX or NXC125. It's been a very good scooter. I've used it for a commute between Henderson and Glen Innes every day for over 2 years. Sometimes, regularly, it's been held full throttle from the Stanley Street Tennis Centre to the Te Atatu off-ramp. At 20,000Km it's started making funny noises in the bottom end and I suspect the crank bearings. I've got a new crank coming and an oversize cylinder. It's been good, and lasted well considering the utter thrashing it gets. I've done a few Saturday/Sunday rides with me and the boy, about a total of 120Kg, and it went fine. A little thing I did when I changed the belt was put in slightly lighter rollers which made a nice change by bumping the revs up just a bit. It's a little small for motorway use, except in traffic, where it's perfect. I'm 6' and I find it a little cramped and used to get a sore back from the more or less forced crouched seating position but I'm used to it now. The crank sounds bad but I wonder how other similar size scooters would handle what this does. I think it's a very good scooter and have no hesitation reccommending them to others.

I've found a cheap source of parts for them in Taiwan. Parts are still to arrive but should be here this week so will be able to check them out then.

Thanks Mr.Speedpro for replying with such a detailed.
Yes,Yamaha one is quite nice quality and no steress at all.

I, about 5'5",and my wife tried three of them on last weekend.
and find lots of difficulty to decide which one to go.

anyway, conclusion, we decided to PGO Ligero 125.
because of mainly size and design.

I don't think this is not a major dicision, because of the body size.
for the people like 6' tall,Ligero will be too small.
but for us Yamaha XC125 and Ligero125 is nice size,
and Suzuki AN125 is bit too big to handle.

also,my wife loves the design of Ligero, for me all same...

the cost was actually not so much different all of them.
yamaha XC125 is the cheapest option, tho.

I'm not a professional racer or test rider,
for the speed and quality, so I couldn't say any specific difference between all of them.

all runs quite nicely...

anyway,if you want to know much more about the details,
just let me know.

thanks.
