this one kinda tickled me a tad (http://nz.news.yahoo.com/a/-/world/10179714/space-junk-at-dangerous-tipping-point-study/)........ oh noes, we're running out of space, or space isn't as big as we've been told...
time to build a space station for catching and dismantling/rebuilding satellites without having to launch them into space from the Earths surface...

Ok .... so Sky-lab came down over Aussie ... (mostly unpopulated bits of Aus :innocent:) but Quantas seem to have more of a problem with "bits" prematurely arriving on the earths surface :facepalm: ... so they are used to stuff falling out of the sky ... :shutup:
From space .... at least most big bits burn up into little bits ... :blink:

Seems obvious to me.
Build a really big magnet in a shithole (say Africa), all the pieces come down and the various countries can come collect their rubbish.
