Bike bought Xmas 2009 then stripped down. Like new – Completely overhauled bike.

Receipts for all parts and photos available for proof. $2500 (ono)

New piston and ring start 2011
Power valve fixed and spring replaced.
Exhaust chamber cleaned and repainted – Protector included.

New brake pads front and rear 2011.
Both brake callipers stripped down, cleaned. Seals, pistons and fluid replaced.
Both forks – oil and seals replaced.

Brand new plastics all round – Front right fork guard broke, replaced with previous guard. Right rad’ scoop cracked but fixed. Two un damaged rad scoops included.

FMF silencer.
New gear selector.
Boysen reeds
Chain guard to protect casing.
Racing spark plug – designed so that vibration doesn’t snap the earth off and wreck your barrel, piston…and year.
Rear wheel bearings and spacers replaced.
All swingarm and linkage bearings replaced with All Balls bearings.
Acerbis barkbusters – metal framing and metal brackets (plastic ones are rubbish)

Hour/rev meter – mounted.
Zeta oil filler cap
Fork bleeders
Zeta oversized bars.
Zeta risers and pad
Some small tears in seat cover.

Air filter cleaned and oiled about every 3rd ride or after any large ride.
Oil changed every 5 hours.
Chain has about half adjustment still to go. Cleaned and lubed after each ride.
Rear tire has 1.5 hours light wear.

This bike has done me well over last 7 months and works well with anything you can throw at her. All you need to do is mix the fuel and off you go.

If you check out the old wed maintenance night threads there may even be pics of it being worked on. It was bebuilt and painted over the whole year, only ridden from start of this year.

There may be other parts I have missed but I will check over receipts and add when found.
