:mega:As per title am about to praise the service I recieved from them.Over last couple of weeks have bought a pair of cordura pants on special and last week couple of items.
Anyway the items from last order hadn't arrived, sent a email to them which included the conformation email they sent confirming my purchase dated last Sunday.

Get a phone call from Therese, all apologetic and assuring the goods are being couriered as soon as she hangs up.Checked my emails tonight and Phil sent me an apologetic email explaining the problem was another crowd who does receipting of orders, and as a goodwill gesture is placing another can of chain lube for free as a gesture.

So I replied to Phil expressing my thanks for his goodwill, and said I would tell all in sundry about their service, and yes have bought a few things from them, but reinforced my faith in bike shops. And told him I would post on kiwibiker for added measure lol.

Good on you for giving credit where credit due. Good on them as well.

Lucky you. I'm still waiting for tyre I ordered off their web site 3 years ago and I never got a reply to my email chasing it up.

I'll also join in and add my praise for Cycletreads. They have been pretty good helping me solve my front rim issues and a fuel issue i had. One of the boys (James) is real good with advice

Have to say I found their e-mail response was zero as well. Also had issues with wheel fltment but I rang them and made them aware of it so hopefully they will be a bit more diligent with other peoples machines.

The old adage can't win 'em all,but in my case credit due by them.
