Hey guy's'n gals, I have the dubious pleasure of becoming the NZ organiser for the NZ leg of the SOHC4 World tour which celebrates the first SOHC4 bikes put out by Honda 50 years ago.
Presently in USA and shortly to be in Canada then NZ then Aussie then Hawaii then off to England after that I think it's back to USA for the finish.
This is quite an undertaking and I am a few riders short to carry the Godzilla mascot and SOHC4 flag, the only rule we have is that GZ and the flag MUST travel only on a SOHC4 bike, where we cannot achieve this we can courier between areas.
I have a rider from Auckland to Hamilton but none from there to Taupo, I'm doing from Taupo to maybe Woodville then hand off to Shortshins for the leg to Wgtn, Scunny has Wgtn to Chch covered (good Southern men them).
So if you are a member of this forum and ride a SOHC4 bike ie: CB350F CB400F CB500 CB550 CB650 CB750 then I would love to hear from you if you want to be part of this world tour, only those that carry Godzilla/flag can sign the flag.
Become part of history and contact me now RICK.HICKS@xtra.co.nz
Tour will probably hit our shores late October early November and it is up to the riders how quickly it moves, most in USA have only ridden on weekends.
I will up date when I have confrmed dates and if you want to meet GZ and get some photos with him even if you don't ride a SOHC4 you are more than welcome......cheers...Rick.

Yep Toycollector knows it's on but I think his SOHC4 ride is in the shop, he can still ride the Southern Tour leg on anything he has with two wheels as company for Scunny.
