Similar to BMW ownership really. :)

Nah, the problem we have is we've seriously outgrown the current premises, and to move forwards, we need more space.

Well, it is considerably more steps away from the bakery. I'll have to think about it.

What he said. Awkward to get to the magazine shop across the road as well. Will you have free WiFi?

So should I drop in again this year or leave it until next year? Tell us when you've moved WT.

Well as a Fat Biker member I would also like to register my disaproval.. walk FURTHER??? to the pie shop??
Maybe there should be a protest organised about this devastating change. Arrange a protest outside the current premises?? (As long as Stewart agrees to supply second breakfast, elevenses, lunch, afternoon tea. OH, and between snack snacks!!!!).

I went in there once. Asked about the price of a front left fairing piece for my 990 (mine is cracked after hitting a sheep), would he look the price up? NO? Told me that KTM parts are expensive and to replace it when I really had to!

Sorry, not good service.

Wellington M/C - I agree excellent service even when I am in there just to check out the Harleys.

Hahahahahaaaa

You asked about a price. They told you it was expensive. they answered your question.

If you had of said "I need a new fairing for my bike, could you please find out the retail?" they might have been a bit more exact.

But honestly, if they told you the price and it was "expensive" would you have purchased one? or just waited till you really needed it?

Either way I can not see the problem in the service you recieved.

But maybe I am not as anal as other consumers (not calling you anal, using it in a general term)

The one thing I really hate is walking into a shop and getting hounded by staff. Hallenstiens is one of the worst for this.

I won’t be getting my bike serviced by TSS anytime soon.
I waited for 45 minutes for their mechanic to put a number plate on a bike I brought from them... and yes it did take him 45 minutes. I watched him fuck around with verniers for the hole spacing’s.

I would hate to see how long it would take to replace a clutch .... 16 hours labour.... ???

Though the chick that was there on the day I picked the bike up was very helpful and apologetic for it taking sooooo loooong

I have always enjoyed their service although I rarely actually spend money cos I'm too tight  but did buy my new helmet from them - the chick was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Maybe if there is enough room the pie shop could move in too? Seems it would make a lot of people VERY happy!

Everyone in Welly should go there as its got our very own Whitetrash as a staff member.
He will be on the button with service for fear of being bashed up in this bloody forum, not many shops have that motivation.

Did I say WT was a member:yes:
