... as they have some very obvious, very simple and very interesting ideas and ways of dealing with societal "ills" without breaking the bank :yes:... you may be able to learn a thing or two :yes: (although I doubt it)

americas social attitudes are great if you are a middle/upper classcitizen who is financially secure, with no job security issues. Not so great for joe average citizen.

I guess you could say the same middle/upper class citizens of every nation. I just thought it was brilliant that they're trying "different" things and that they're seeing results. It's just a shame that the heavy weights of government and private industry don't (won't?) get behind these initiatives to help joe average... I can guess why, but noone wants to hear the why, they'd rather blame the individuals instead and carry on thinking happy happy thoughts!

Actually, what it really shows me is that there is a want to help, and those who need the help (not trying to be condescending) will actually accept that help and will hopefully spread the love (for want of a better expression)... much better than spraying bullets and fucking people over for a living.
