For the record, I'll be hitting Auckland in the early days of October. I'll probably spend the first little while doing touristy stuff and sorting my bike out. Thereafter, I'll be hitting the open road for a few weeks. The plan is to take in the sights and stay in hostels and campsites. I'm staying totally flexible.
