Was recently looking for a leather jacket and had a look in these forums to see what the members had to say.
Wasnt long before I found threads about Qmoto, so decided to check them out. Ended up ordering a Qrace Edge from Bret. Gave him a call and he was great to deal with.
Got an absolutely awesome jacket! for a great price, beautifully made and the quality is awesome....now all I need is a nice speed triple to go with it lol
I can recommend Bret for the great customer service and primo jacket. Will definitely be looking at buying more gear from Qmoto.

lol definitely an arms length review fellas...but while you are here...are leather pants kinda village people? most of my mates reckon so, would expect some serious ribbing.
But is it ok if its "safety equipment"

I think you are confusing your pants with your corset.

Well since you ride a Honda you might be better getting some 'chaps'.

Dont mind the Firestorm, but have been keen on a Speed Triple...so looking at trading....only thing is "you meet the nicest people on a Honda" :bleh:

Leather pants..... What will your brain be thinking when you are sliding down the road at 90klms/hr +, will it be "FARKKKKK Im glad I am wearing the best protection I could afford/want and didnt give a shit about what everyone else thinks" or "will it be FARKKKKKKK I didnt realise kneecaps wore away so fast...."
Are you riding your bike for them or for you? Buy and wear what you want and feel comfortable in.

I got me some last week. Protection was a big factor. Textile ones feel flimsy now. Im a little overdressed for my little bike but big bike not far off. Got mine from Lifestyle imports as they has the perfect size. And got them fitted with the zip attachment for my jacket.
And I know if/when I have a slide I have the best chance.

I have gone back to Textile, still have the leathers but now, prefer not to wear them.
Key is, dont skimp on the price, buy good gear, whatever it flavour it is.

My problem is getting ones that fit, never found anything in textile. The leather ones are perfect.
Its due to my height to weight ratio being a little out.

Safety first. What others think LAST!
I'd never be without all leather - if you can afford it anyway.

i've got Qmoto jacket + pants. originally my plan was leather in summer, textile in winter (have a spool jacket and pants too)
the first time i put on my textile stuff after a few weeks in leathers i felt distinctly under protected, maybe its just the weight or something. but the leathers seemed to hold armor and so on in place a lot better too. once i realised they resisted mild showers ok, i've hardly worn my spool gear.
my gear collection is worth tons more than my bike, but i value my skin enough to make that the budget priority.

Thanks guys, will definitely save up for leather pants from Qmoto I reckon. So right about textiles, have found that the "knee" pads dont sit right.
Also leather feels way more protective! and like some others have said on here, who cares what others think when you are sliding down the road eh
Anyway this is my first forum post so am glad I didnt get shredded too bad...even though I ride a Honda ;)

I just got mine from Bret and am stoked with it. Having swiched from textile to leather, the leather feels so much better. Looking to get the pants next.

I've bought most of my gear from Quasi, been happy with it so far and he's been good to deal with. And I'm not getting any discounts or bribes either.
