And he is only trying to build an expressway, or in plain English a half arse motorway providing the worst of both.

Can't be many motorways in NZ that have two opposing lanes of traffic, no median barriers and uncontrolled intersections. Thought part of the definition is that there are to be no intersections :weird:

To be fair - you have endowed 'Extended' with an extra N. Not quite a motorway but still a good effort.
