Bike purchasing help needed

What should I look for when purchasing a bike??

Also is anyone able to look at the bike for me? And also test ride it for me as I don't have a license?:facepalm: ....Yet

Looks nice, and still has chicken strips so not ridden hard round corners.

Looks like a good learner bike to me. f you do get it thoe and the tires arnt worn in yet be careful as new tyres can be very slippery.

I saw a dude bin it on a Cbr 600 about 100m up the road from the bike shop near my place after having new tyres put on it..:facepalm:
