I was in close proximity to one a few weeks ago - if I'm not mistaken that pic is where the crash bar joins the frame under the side cover/tank.

If more than one person gets it right do they both collect points or only the first to post? If so, does that apply to the manufacturer as well or only the specific model?

It's the worst example of factory paint finish since British Leyland stopped making wreckages. That paint is disgusting, more orange peel than a Charlie's juice factory. :facepalm:

I do repeat the 2011 KTM 990 Dakar edition though.

The paint's actually really good on it. Half light, maximum zoom and a overly bright flash at too close a range will give you that professional effect though.

I don't believe that, the camera can't make shite up by itself. I see now it's an off road bike, so paint quality is probably low on the list. Is it perhaps covered in anti chip clear covering?

Yeah all the specs they have there are for an R (high seat height, 115hp, etc) but the images are of a Dakar which is clearly not an R because it has ABS and a low seat.
