While his gear choice may not be the most intelligent, He came off pretty well in all. He knew to keep his hands off the ground & just slide with it, & if you saw in the far left of the vid at the end he atually stands up again with no noticable injuries or even fabric destruction (tho vid quality & distance don't help).

Also of note what you don't see in alot of these type vids (not saying he, or the others here had) is alot of them atually wear protection underneath their shirts i.e. back protectors
