Today I was in New Lynn walking to the post office and I had to walk past this Barbar shop in front was this beautiful blue shiny Yamaha 1000cc motorbike these two guys were walking past it and then stopped one of the guys had a large back pack of his back and took it off wanting to get something out of it.
They were standing right next to the bike I felt like saying to them ''don't do it,dont do it! and then what do you know the guy with the back pack put his bag on the motorbike and got his stuff out:facepalm: at the same time the guy that owned the bike gave the guy a look the guy saw and took his bag off the bike.
The bizzare thing was the owner of the motorbike carried on getting his hair cut and didn't come out he just sat in the chair.
Now here's the question
What would you have done if this happened to you
A) while seeing the guy doing what he did would you have just given a look and stayed in the chair and carried on getting your hair cut
B) gone out and had a few lttle words with the guy that put his large back pack on your nice shiny motorbike

Id be telling him to fuck off - but im an angry tourettes cunt.
'oh but i took it off again' - yeah, because you got caught. had the owner not seen, said fucktard could easily have scratched the paintwork on the bike.
Its like, would you go out to the carpark of the supermarket with bags full of canned foods, and other heavy items, and dump them on the bonnet of the randon car next to yours, while you fuck around getting your keys out / making a phone call? - course you wouldnt.
People with a total lack of respect for other people's property lack thought, and simply dont care - such ignorant cunts are unlikely to change their ways from a p.c. 'please dont do that' telling them to 'fuck off cunt' at least speaks to them on their own lower plain of understanding

I'd be angry, but 1 + 1 > 1
So reaction would depend on exactly what happened.

I would tell them to to not touch my bike, hell I've even told people not to touch other peoples bikes and I didn't even know them.
There are some rude people around and they'll keep walking through life doing similar crap until someone tells them where to go.
Unfortunatly they're think your an angry prick and just keep on doin it, untill they come across the wrong person at the wrong time. I call this person Karma.

You should've had a long loud rant at him. I stopped a guy the other day from touching somebody elses 848; he just wanted to look like a hero. I explained that motorcyclists can be a little funny about their bikes, and not only would I understand if the owner wanted to punch him out, I'd hold him whilst he did it. Thought I was going to get the bash myself for a minute, but I had a helmet with me so he would've come off second best.

I have a problem with people and touching my bike, I tend to over react, Unless its someone who I know well and someone who has a background of bikes,
and by over react I mean have a 15 min screaming swearing, shitty rant at whoever it was involved,
I work in a supermarket which isnt fun at the best of times, a while back as I was walking out to leave work, I watched some guy push his trolley up against my bike, he hadnt seen me and he walked back to his car and got in, needless to say the trolley was diverted back to his car with an angry bitter rant.
Im the same with other peoples bikes, I make sure its not their bike first though haha

Hasn't happened to me yet but I have a line stashed away about me being as happy with him touching my bike as I would be if he touched my wife.

Always expect to be asked if it's ok to touch bike/hot-rod/car etc
Once or twice idiots open door/look like they're going to get on bike and /or twist throttle etc.
Standard line: 'Coole hot-rod/bike/car dude, d'ya know who owns it.?'
Standard answer 'Na mate, no idea'
Standard reply: 'Oh, I suggest you find out as if he sees you touching his bike/hot-rod/car he'll rip both you arms off and stick them up your arse'
Standard response: 'Shit, cheers, we're out of here'

I was up at the local shopping center having a smoke outside when I saw a guy get out of his car and move a scooter :whocares: (so he could fit his car into a newly created space as it turned out). He stopped when I called out and asked him what he was doing (see above) and proceeded to tell him that he had a fucking cheek and that if it was my bike that I'd be kicking the shit out of him. He got in his car and drove off, I shook my head.
Sort of shit is happening all the time these days. I can't believe people like that haven't already been served a lesson that took. What the fuck is happening, are everyone turning into soft cocks and not pulling their weight as educators. I know I am, I'm always telling people off for all sorts of things:innocent:

At the time I saw it going to happen I was going to warn him not to do cause it's just not a thing you do but the guy that owned the bike was about 4 steps just to walk out of the shop if he wanted to but like I wrote before he just gave them this shitty look (warning him not to put the bag on his bike).
After the guy that put the back on the bike looked at his friend and took his bag off straight away (you could tell on the expression on his face it was like excuss the language shit I shouldn't have done that)I did go go and talk to the guy that owned the bike and I said no respect for peoples property he just went no and carried on getting his hair cut.

What I mean the guy that owned the bike was four steps near to the door if he wanted to walk out and have a few words at the guy.

I would be pissed off if I saw someone doing that to my bike. Obviously someone has done it, as I now have a very deep gouge on my tank in my new paint work

I would have a few quiet words if it was my bike, some people just dont get it, and a little calm education could help them. If it wasnt mine, id still have quiet words, in the style that scumdog suggested "nice bike mate, is it yours?" "no", "maybe you shouldnt mess with other peoples things".
I get a bit more animated if its a hotrod or classic car tho, i couldnt give a crap about my daily drive ute, but lean on my streetrod,(with its brand new paintjob) and you will get an earfull. I was at americarna festival a couple of years back, talking to the owner of a t-bucket (twin superchargers on it) when some guy put his kid in the drivers seat of the bucket to "have a play". I thought the owner of the bucket would go nuts, cause he had tats and piercings everywhere, he just walked up to the guy and had a few quiet words, the child was removed and that was the end of that.Very calm and well done.

Shit, been there before.
Came out of a shop to find some (really fat!) lady had lifted her little kid up onto PhatGirl....icecream and all
Stood their in complete amazement at first, as her kid smeared icecream all over the tank and made a really good effort of scratching the paint and kicking the shit out of my carbs with his pudgy little kiddie legs (wot a darling!)
I walked over glowing with rage :angry2:.....but when the lady saw me coming she spat out "I supose yourve got a fucking problem with this!".......I couldn't believe it:shit:
So I calmly pointed out the light weight "flexing" Italian stand holding the bike up and VERY descriptively told her what the heavy bike would do to her son WHEN it fell over, due to her ugly and obviously inbred little snot using it as a playground.....she grabbed her kid off the bike like it had multiple STD's .
...I did "semi politely" ask her to clean the icecream off the tank.....but she told me to fuck off! (I was scared she might EAT ME! if i pushed the issue any further)
....some people just have NO respect for other peoples possessions....or their own body....or the gene pool.

Came out of a shop, a lad about 7-8 was looking longingly at my bike and just had to pat the tank.
I got to the bike about the same time his mum got to him, with her permission he ended up sitting on it, starting it up and giving it a bit of a rev.
His mum didn’t look too impressed but I think we have another recruit waiting in the wings…
He had shown obvious respect to another’s property and that is now a rear commodity, and should be rewarded.

It's just a bike.
feel the same way about ya missus? - I hope so I hear she's a looker . .
Ive no issue with people touching my bike IF THEY ASK. Several kids have sat on my bike, given it a rev etc, because Ive seen them looking at it, and their parents have said 'No little johnny dont touch' - in such circumstances, provided im not in a hurry, Im pretty accommodating.
But when people lack any respect for me and my property, well, I can be the most disrespectfull nasty little cunt Ive ever seen when I wanna be

Yeah, done that a couple of times myself. I think the mums were just as happy as junior for their kids to have something exciting to talk about. (One of the mums was a hottie too but don't tell Mrs Oakie).

Many moons age my X & I helped a friend out by lending a show bike (HD) as part of a static display for a corporate do. It seemed harmless enough at the time.
The bikes were ropped off. But that didn't stop a Japanese business dude from climbing over the rope & sitting fully astride the bike so his friend could make with the happy snap... welll snap I did. By the time I spotted it & got to him I think his friend would have had a pic of the blurred image of me yanking the guy from the bike by the collar. :bash: :angry2:
.... I'm feeling much calmer now
