hey my street magic has an annoying habbit of pushing out the crank seal on the starter side of the crank. i know at least its the easy side to get to but im well over it happening. any ideas why?

Check engine breathers ... if pressure builds up in the crank area ... something has to give ...

Its a two stroke:facepalm:
you may have to glue the seal in with some sealer

i thought about a bit of loctite but worried it may push the other side out which would be a major pain in the cock compared to what im doin now. forgot to mention, its been worse since the big bore kit. im running no muffler in case that was causing some blockage but no not the problem

on my jog they insert from the inside of the crank case and have a flange on them so they cant be forced outwards. maybe the bottom end has been rebuilt using generic seals which dont have the flange? ive got the old ones so if you need a photo of what i mean let me know. glueing them in would probably do the trick though.

Pretty sure you're supposed to use some sort of sealant eh
