You would be the 5th flatmate in a friendly flat, with a cat & dog in residence. We live communally: shared cooking, cleaning & shopping.

We're looking for someone who is tidy & mature minded, 22 years +. We have broadband, t.v, video, washing machine & dryer.

The room is a double room with a built wardrobe space & can come semi furnished if required. $100 pw for the room + $55 pw for expenses.

Hmm, could be a maybe. Do you mind helping to shower me, dress me and cook for me? There are a few other things, which I can write down nearer the move day :rofl:
