Interesting for sure.

But what about your reaction time to something that you weren't expecting? In this test, you are reacting to something that you knew to expect................how about the time it takes you to react to something you weren't expecting?

Which is normally what happens.

Interesting.

Just fitted sintered brake pads and Ohlins to my mouse. Time down to 0.356.

.373 average on second run. Prolly more like .6 to .7 in a real life emergency though. .24 on second run at the sheep.

Yes I have always been quick with the sheep

Yeah, these things need to increase the time between tests so you have less idea when it's coming. All good and well doing a test expecting the sheep to run but it's not quite real life

The idea is also flawed in that practice allows you to react to things before your higher brain functions are aware of what is going on. That is why martial artists practice so hard. Ever started braking before you were fully aware the car ahead had stomped on the picks? Yeah, that's why.
